Another hard week of competition for our junior sides with excellent development being shown across all age groups.

Katie Schubert, Technical Director of Women's Football, thought both girls sides distributed excellent football this weekend. The 17 girls had a hard fought 2-0 loss to top of the ladder Hammersley Rovers JFC, a game which Schubert believes will strengthen the squad moving forward. "The girls were really unlucky with the result against the top of the ladder side. They played an exceptional game and fought until the last whistle. They are progressing and becoming better footballers and young ladies every week, which is credit to coach Matthew Stewart".

Meanwhile the 12 boys continue to show excellent development as they had another hard fought victory. Mark Harris and Bryce Conway's boys are still undefeated this season but showed great character to come back from 2-0 down against a tough opposition.
