Some impressive performances from our junior sides as they reach the ¾ mark of the season. A special congratulations to the 14 girls who did UWANFC proud in the semi-final of the 14 girls Cup on Saturday, unfortunately the girls weren’t able to win but the whole club congratulates Chris Mallios and his team for their efforts in getting to the semi-finals.

The girls took no time bouncing back from the Cup game with a big 8-0 victory against Kelmscott. Special mention to Alice Dring who continues to perform excellently, scoring 4 goals.

Our two Division One boys sides also had encouraging results on the weekend. The 14 boys continued their terrific form by defeating rivals Subiaco 1-0, whilst the 13 boys were unlucky to not get all 3 points as they drew 1-1 with Forrestfield. Both sides showed improvement on their prior fixtures against these sides showing great development across the season within both squads.
