About the plan
UWANFC has a strong philosophy of providing playing opportunities for all. Women and girls have made an enormous contribution to our club with sustained growth in membership over the past few years. Since 2021 we have seen significant successes were achieved in the female domain, with huge rises in participation by girls and women comparative to the previous year and on-field successes from our girls and women’s teams
In response to the continued growth in demand for the game, we are proud to present our refreshed Female Football Plan.
The Plan seeks to provide an aligned, coordinated and deliberate approach to offer an inclusive football experience for all girls and women at our Club. Our main goal is t support the growth, development and sustained enjoyment of female players at our club.
