The Academy Pre-Season Program 2024
This program is run twice weekly from Tuesday 16 January and will run for 4 weeks. It is aimed at all Academy players and is open to all Academy age groups.
The program is led by Technical Directors Lawrence Lewis & Mitch Doherty. The program will strengthen fitness foundations and help renew and enhance your technical abilities in football, ahead of regular season
Starts Tuesday 16 January for 4 weeks.
Players aged 9 - 16
Cost: $165 Tuesday and Thursday 5 pm to 6:15pm
