The SAP Program

UWANFC invites Joey and MiniRoo age players to sign up for our new Skills Acquisition Program

It features a refreshed curriculum and the introduction of 'streams' to cater for all Joey and MiniRoo development levels. The program focuses on developing the core skills expected of young players depending on age and ambition, supplementing in-season team training. Club coaches will deliver the content relevant to each stream, with Technical Directors providing oversight and support. There will be opportunities for players to progress into higher streams as they improve, meaning there is something for everyone.

The 'Yellow' team will cater to our newer players to the game who are learning basic skills and coordination. The 'Green' stream will deliver to intermediate players who have a good control of the basics, and who are looking to improve in confidence and push into higher levels. The 'Blue' stream is targeted at our more advanced players, who want to add another level to their game.

This is the first of our streamlined Football Programs offerings, as we review and relaunch our suite of programs to reduce duplication, improve awareness of opportunities amongst parents and players, and deliver on clear outcomes for each program.
